Not always. A plan can bundle services you'd pay for anyway, such as registered agent renewal. Add up what you'd pay over two or three years and compare that with paying once plus the renewals you actually need.
Every US company has some ongoing costs set by its state, such as annual reports or franchise tax, plus registered agent renewal after year one and tax filings like Form 5472. These apply whoever forms your company, and we tell you what applies before you file.
Yes, with every LLC we form. If you already have a US LLC, Stripe setup alone is $120. Stripe reviews and approves every account.
No. Banks, Stripe, PayPal and Amazon each review applications and decide for themselves. A provider can prepare a complete application, but approval is never guaranteed.
