Yes. A US PayPal Business account needs a US company and its EIN, and PayPal may ask the owner for an SSN or ITIN. PayPal setup is $120, or $50 when we also apply for your ITIN ($350). PayPal reviews the account.

You can transfer from your US business bank account to your Indian bank account. Indian rules such as FEMA and income tax apply, so speak to a chartered accountant about your situation.
Yes, for $120 each. Shopify Payments needs a US company, its EIN and a US bank account; we set it up for your store. Airwallex gives your US company a business account for receiving and paying in multiple currencies. Each provider approves its own accounts.
