Refund Policy

If we don't deliver what we promised, you get your money back. If we have already delivered it, the order is not refundable.

If you paid us and we have not yet done the work, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your payment and we will refund 100% of what you paid.

Once we have delivered what your package promised, there is no refund. For example: a client pays $339 for a Wyoming LLC, and we have already delivered the Articles of Organization and the EIN. A refund request after that point will not be accepted, because the service has been provided.

We file your LLC within 48 business hours of receiving your complete details. If we miss this window, we refund your filing fee.

The 48 business hours start once we have your payment and all the information we need to file.

• State, IRS and Companies House processing times, which begin after we file.
• Delays caused by missing, incorrect or late information from you.
• Decisions made by banks, payment providers or government agencies, such as rejecting an account application.
