  • Expedited processing fees
  • Services purchased more than 14 days prior to refund request

  • We will review your request within 5 business days
  • Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after approval

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on the extent of work completed. This includes:

  • Work already completed will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Government filing fees are non-refundable
  • A refund assessment fee may apply if significant work has been done

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our services (not just a change of mind), please contact us to discuss your concerns. We may offer:

  • Additional support or revision of work at no additional cost
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances
  • Service credit for future purchases

6. Special Circumstances

Change of Mind: Refunds requested simply due to a change of mind may be subject to cancellation and processing fees of up to 20% of the service cost.

Business Circumstances: If your business circumstances change and you are unable to proceed with formation, we may offer a service credit or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Government Agency Issues

If government agencies reject an application and fees are refundable by the agency, we will forward any refunds we receive. However, Nexton Incorp service fees remain non-refundable once processing has begun, unless the rejection was due to an error on our part.

8. Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take up to 10 business days after the refund is issued from our system.
