• Contact details you enter in our forms: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the state or country you are interested in, and how you heard about us.
• Details needed to form and maintain your company once you order, such as owner and member names, addresses, passport or ID copies, and company information.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone.
• Basic, anonymous usage data about how visitors use our website, collected through Vercel Analytics.

• To reply to your enquiry and send you information about our services.
• To prepare and file your company formation, EIN, ITIN and related documents.
• To provide ongoing services you order, such as registered agent, address and compliance services.
• To improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only where needed to deliver the service you asked for, including with:
